Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally to crown curls everywhere.
Where do you ship from?
Our haircare treasures ship from Brazil.
When will my order arrive?
Processing:
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
What about customs?
Prices are tax-free. Local customs may charge fees (we can’t control these). Returns & Exchanges
Can I change/cancel my order?
Act fast! Requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering.
How do I return an item?
Email us within 14 days of delivery. Include:
Order number
Photos (for damaged/incorrect items)
We’ll send a prepaid label for eligible returns.
When will I get my refund?
Credit cards: 7-10 business days after we process your return.
PayPal: 3-5 business days.
